At Outfit Leeds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return guarantee and free returns for eligible items.
30-Day Return Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item should:

We reserve the right to refuse a return where an item has been used, damaged, or altered beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect or try the product.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to availability.
If you would like a different size, colour, or another available variant, contact us at contact@outfitleeds.shop before returning your item.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose an alternative resolution, including a refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved.
We aim to process approved refunds within 5 business days after the return has been received and approved.
Once processed, the refund will normally be sent to the original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items

UK Consumer Cancellation Rights
